Organizing Dies

Like many, many viruses are flying around. I am not feeling good. No, not Covid, just a cold. Sadly, to many I know have been ill.

I am taking the time to organize dies. I use the magnetic sheet for registers...easy to cut with scissors. I put the magnetic sheet onto a cardboard backing. The cardboard I use comes with paper pumpkin kits.

The above are my recent dies, they are my favorites.

What is Old - Is New Again

The above card, sadly I made many...the paper is now retired.

The paper is Designer Series Paper (DSP), I needed to find a replacement.

I did...flight and Airy. This is a free item with a $50 purchase.

I love how the paper shows colors so you can use card stock to match perfectly

One side has beautiful birds and flowers, the other side is simple various hues of one color. I used the simple side.

I was happy with results.

It took many tries

Yes, I used ink that was to juicy. That created a few bird blobs as shown above.

Just a standard A2 card, crumb cake as the base. The main layer is 4" by 5-1/4" cut from dsp. I stamped with crumb cake the stand, the heartfelt Symphany stamped with midnight navy. The birds were stamped with copper clay ink.
